Do you always negotiate your suppliers down to the cheapest price?
Do you move supplier or provider, despite the relationship, because you can get it cheaper elsewhere?
Do you get annoyed when someone won’t pay what you’re worth, your price?
Are you one who negotiates because they aren’t worth it, but you expect everyone to pay your ask?
If so, I suspect you are fixated on price.
Of course I advocate getting the right price for the right service or provision to run a lean business and maximise your profit.
I don’t agree about moving a supply or provision to get something “cheaper”. You know the saying about peanuts and monkeys?!
The fixation will mean you are missing things.
Perhaps missing the support you really need from a professional, service provider or product, because you’re not prepared to pay for their value.
I’ll also put money on the fact that you are missing the reason why people don’t buy from you. You’re so fixated on price that you’ll be thinking people don’t buy you because of price when often it’s because they’ve not seen your value.
