What is the difference between One to One Mentoring and Group Mentoring?

One to one mentoring provides you with the undivided attention of the Mentor, who will explore with you those matters that are specific to your business. This is within a confidential environment.

With Group Mentoring, the attention of the Mentor is split between all members of the group. Although the areas often discussed are common matters for consideration by most of the group members, and there is a discussional format, it can be difficult to deep dive into any one specific business. Discussions are in open forum, so although Chatham house rules usually apply, it can’t be guaranteed to stay in the room.
