For us to move forward we often have to stop, take a view of the business, establish what has not worked or could be improved upon, and reflect on what change is needed.

By sharing information on the initiatives and programmes that I have personal insight into, I hope to encourage young people to experience as much as possible in their early days of business.

I feel my role as a mentor, sounding board, coach can be to slow things down and encourage my clients to take smaller steps. Yes, take a view of what you want to achieve in 2022, set some objectives for the longer term but plan what you want to achieve in the next 90 days only, not 365.

Because you’re in control of your own career and no longer beholden to someone else’s ‘why’, you will always be motivated to maintain that job security. That means every day will be motivating!
