What is your business continuity plan?

As we lockdown and many of our businesses close for the foreseeable future, I suggest it is time to remain as positive as possible and plan a way to survive and thrive later.

To help with your planning, I have written some thoughts to help you with your contingency plan and strategic thinking during this initial lockdown period and beyond.

There will be activities that you have to undertake in the next few weeks, such as keeping your revenue lines open, reviewing costs and managing your people. However, as you move into stage two, the plan will need to ensure you are ready for the time when we start to emerge from the lockdown.

Be in the best shape and the most favourable position to ultimately survive but also have the best chance to thrive the other side.

Plan well, communicate clearly, execute even better.
