I feel that it’s important at this point to say that The Masterplan isn’t a golden ticket to riches beyond your dreams. It will take effort to carve out the time to work on it, and it will take time to see the results as they begin to filter through. You will need to dedicate yourself to building the business you truly desire… But for now, I can make this bit quick and easy for you.
The Masterplan is nine steps divided into three levels:
Level 1 – Foundation
Level one asks you WHY you need your business, WHAT you need to do and HOW can you achieve it?

Level 2 – Execution
Level one provides the clarity required so you know what you want from your business, the numbers you need and the most effective way to deliver, and level two helps you create the right environment so you can acquire customers routinely.
Level 3 – Optimisation
Helping you to break the habit of getting paid last, solving everyone else’s problems first and carrying the weight of the business so you can create the tools to help you regain control.
Level three is about reaping the benefits!
