The online programme to help business owners enjoy the success their hard work deserves
2020 was a tough year for many businesses. 2021 still has many uncertainties. However, despite being the intervention that many business owners did not expect or want, for some it was the opportunity to stop the firefighting or get off the hamster wheel. Many business owners have taken the lockdowns to reflect, work ‘on’ their business and position it to thrive beyond Covid-19 and maximise any potential opportunities.
During the last twelve months it was clear that more businesses were seeking support but preferring not to highlight their challenges in public. Additionally expenditure considerations and time use were critical. As a result I found businesses unable or unwilling to commit to days in public workshops.
Therefore in lockdown I took the opportunity to review, develop and re-write my online business development programme.
