Why Are Some Mentors More Expensive?

Some coaches charge higher fees because their focus is more on their own profit than their clients’! Others build premium packaging but don’t necessarily show evidence of impact. You’ll often pay more for reputation, celebrity status, or simply because of a “consultancy” label.

Why Are Some Mentors Cheaper?

Typically, cheaper coaching comes with:

  • Less real-world experience running businesses
  • No proven results or client case studies
  • A one-size-fits-all model rather than tailored mentoring
  • Limited accountability or follow-through

Where Do My Prices Fall?

  • 1:1 Mentoring: £595 per month
    • Includes a 2-hour monthly session and access to me by email or phone.
    • No minimum term (though I recommend at least 3 months to establish rhythm and real change).
    • Guarantee: If session one isn’t valuable, I refund it.
  • Group Mentoring: Mastermind £345 per month (min 12 months) or Online 6 week programme £600 one off.
    • Structured peer accountability and learning environment
    • Ideal for owners who want support, perspective, and cost-effective coaching

How the Industry Packages Mentoring

Mentors usually offer:

  • Hourly sessions (transactional, no ongoing support)
  • Monthly retainers (most common – continuous growth focus)
  • Programme packages (set modules or frameworks)

I primarily use a retainer model with clear inclusions – no “mystery” extras.

I don’t believe in those as I believe in my impact. Everything is included in your monthly fee.
